1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Aladdin288 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the Aladdin288 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at aladdin288.cam and all associated services, features, and content.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

This age threshold applies to all residents of Malaysia and any other jurisdiction in which the Platform is accessible. The Operator operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.

Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and permanently closed. Any winnings accrued by an underage player shall be void and non-payable. Deposited funds may be returned at the Operator's sole discretion pending investigation.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is intended primarily for use by players resident in Malaysia. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction. The Operator makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any particular jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating territories.

3.3 Other Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account, you must:

• Not be registered as a problem gambler or have requested self-exclusion from any gambling service;
• Have a valid Malaysian bank account, registered Malaysian e-wallet, or other supported payment method in your own name;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• Not have a previously closed or suspended Aladdin288 Account.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Aladdin288 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different name, is strictly prohibited. Players found to hold multiple accounts are subject to immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending review.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, email address, and payment details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Aladdin288 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

The Operator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for Accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification. KYC checks are conducted to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and to confirm age eligibility.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Aladdin288 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at the Operator's discretion with prior notice where practicable.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. Players who have completed full KYC verification and hold VIP status may be eligible for elevated deposit limits at the Operator's discretion. All deposits must be funded from accounts or wallets registered in the Player's own name.

5.3 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Operator does not charge currency conversion fees, as MYR is the Platform's sole native currency. Any conversion costs incurred by the Player's bank or payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed by Aladdin288 within a target timeframe of under 10 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods. FPX and internet banking transfers may take up to 15 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where KYC verification is outstanding. VIP-tier Players receive priority processing as described in the VIP Programme terms.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be approved, the Player must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) have the withdrawal amount available as real-money balance (not pending bonus funds); and (d) submit the withdrawal request to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no standard maximum withdrawal per transaction for fully verified Accounts, although the Operator reserves the right to apply daily and weekly withdrawal limits in cases of suspected bonus abuse or abnormal account activity.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Aladdin288 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. These Terms set out the general framework; individual promotion terms take precedence with respect to specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposits, and expiry dates.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Stakes placed on games excluded from the bonus rollover (as listed in promotion-specific terms) do not count toward wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawal requests, and close accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; coordinated play designed to exploit promotional structures; or staking patterns demonstrating clear intent to exploit rather than genuine recreational gameplay.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on the Aladdin288 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by professional croupiers. Game outcomes are neither influenced by the Operator nor predictable by any method. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published by the respective game providers and are subject to independent audit.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and all other markets, are governed by the Operator's Sportsbook Rules published separately on the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding match results, the official result published by the relevant governing sports body shall be final and binding.

8.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, server error, or technical failure during gameplay, the Operator will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of an incomplete game round based on available game logs. The Operator's determination in such cases is final. The Operator shall not be liable for losses arising from connectivity failures on the Player's end.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Aladdin288 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted software to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploits must be reported to support immediately;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Using third-party payment accounts or credit cards that do not belong to the registered Player;
• Impersonating another player or providing false identity documents during KYC;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the Platform's software or odds data;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after a legitimate transaction has been completed.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant Malaysian authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

10 Responsible Gambling

Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may request permanent self-exclusion through our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. The Operator will not direct marketing communications to any Player who has self-excluded.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Aladdin288 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content partners. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Operator.

The Aladdin288 name and logo are proprietary brand assets. Any unauthorised use of these assets in any medium — including social media, third-party websites, or print — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aladdin288 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorised access to your Account; (c) any interruption or cessation of the Platform's services; (d) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content on the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain types of liability, the Operator's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permissible in that jurisdiction.

13 Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the Operator

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Operator has reason to believe fraudulent activity has occurred; (c) the Player's jurisdiction has become a Restricted Territory; or (d) the Operator is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority.

13.2 Termination by the Player

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Fund obligations) will be returned to the Player via their last used verified payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Aladdin288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aladdin288 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

For Malaysian Players, disputes should be submitted in writing to our customer support team in the first instance. The Operator commits to acknowledging all formal written disputes within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days.
